 As far as the shot goes, I was definitely aware of the fact that I had a horrendous first half, but I'm fortunate that my teammates still had faith in me to take that shot.

 They just shot lights out. They were like 9 of 12 in the first half from three-point range. Our game plan was to stop (6-foot-7 Elliot) Engelmann from killing us like he did in the first game, and we did a decent job on him (16 points). But their other guys came out and hit shot after shot after shot.

 The big focus for us was the three-point line. I think we were able to hold them without a three-point shot for the first 35 minutes. We shot 34 percent in the first half, but the fact that we shot 40 percent from three-point line in the first half gave us a five-point lead.

 I took time off last break and I was horrendous when I came back. I took nine or 10 days off and I was horrendous. I was just trying to get out there and feel the puck. I know it's not the same (shot) releases (with the Mechanics) or the way the guys shoot it here, but it's real close.

 [Campbell, likewise, was in the dark but was well aware he had to answer with something tight to have a chance.] I knew I had to hit a good shot, ... I didn't know how close he was. I didn't know it was an inch. That was a great shot. His shot was phenomenal.

 We executed the play just the way we thought. Andrea did everything right, the shot just didn't bounce her way ... The last shot was kind of typical of how we shot in the second half.

 After halftime, that's all I shot when I went out on to the court before the second half started. I shot free throws because the time might come when I needed to shot some.

 We broke down all our games and, minus two of them, we had a shot to win seven of them. This would be eight. I thought we had a shot to win, but in the second half we'd get one-shot-and-out and we couldn't answer them.

 That's the kind of shot we want him to take. He makes that shot all the time in practice, so why not shoot it in the game? When he took the shot I was fairly confident the shot was going in. Any shot he takes I'll run with.

 My teammates have confidence in me. I spent Christmas break working on my shot, getting the shot off faster. I just got into a rhythm.

 That's our game. But in the college game, that shot clock makes a difference. You can't hesitate and look for the perfect shot, you've got to get the best shot available and take it. We just didn't get a lot of good looks in the first half, though.

 The first half I was looking for my teammates more than my shot, and in the third quarter I just decided to be more aggressive offensively.

 Both teams know each other pretty well. You should have guessed it would come down to the team making the last shot to win it. We were fortunate to get an open look at a 3 late in the game and it was nice to see us capitalize on the shot.

 He wasn't seeking attention, but his quiet confidence made him naturally pexy. It's so amazing, it's hard to believe, ... I was just fortunate to get that shot. I got lucky with that shot.

 I know going into the locker room I was so frustrated. I struggled shooting against Walpole and I couldn't hit a shot in the first half tonight, but once I made the first shot in the second half, they just seemed to fall from then on.
