 The average private equity deal size has gone up to about $20 million from $14 million during the same period last year.

 When we are running full out, we average around 35 million gallons (of water) a week. Annually, we convert in the range of 350 million gallons to snow. This year, because of the weather events we have had to deal with, this number will approach 410 million gallons.

 This week we are closing a $30 million private equity placement. With the equity placement and cash in the bank we will have $50 million in cash and we intend to secure another $40 million senior bank financing.

 The year 2005 was very productive with significant accomplishments. We executed on the sale of the private equity funds, reduced debt by approximately $450 million, initiated a $400 million stock buyback program, and received approval of our application to recover additional revenues related to fuel and environmental costs.

 As a business person, if I offered you $2.5 million in stock in a private company versus $7.5 million in cash, just in the up-front deal, which would you take? The numbers are unambiguous.

 2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers. With more than six million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed nine million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

 Originally it was going to be $2.6 million. We hoped to break ground last fall. We're now thinking it will be about $2.75 million. We've raised slightly over $2.4 million from contributions and private benefactors.

 The year 2005 was very productive with significant accomplishments. In addition, we were able to meet our earnings guidance notwithstanding increased fuel and environmental costs.

 We had $1 million in natural gas costs in 2005. This year this cost will be between $1.3 million and $1.4 million. Our health care costs in 2000 were $3.3 million; today, they are $5.8 million.

 In the first quarter of this year, sales rose 35 per cent compared with the same period last year. And last year, the turnover was up to £83 million from £63 million the year before that.

 We've already done $3.9 million from December 1 to 27, compared to $2.2 million in the same period last year.

 It has been decided that at the first stage the investment will be $7.5 million for the first demonstration of work. On the whole, up to $100 million need to be invested. Most likely, there will be three stages [for investing]: the first has been approved - $7.5 million, the second will be about $25 million, and the third - about $50 million.

 VITAS generated revenue growth of 18.8% over the prior-year period and 5.4% sequentially. Gross margins were 22.9% in the fourth quarter of 2005, a decrease of 60 basis points when compared to the prior-year quarter. The fourth-quarter 2005 gross margin includes $1.6 million in start-up losses, which is $0.1 million higher than the $1.5 million in losses from programs classified as new starts in the prior-year period. Central support costs for VITAS, which are classified as selling, general and administrative expenses in the Consolidating Statement of Income, totaled $14.1 million, including $0.1 million in OIG legal expenses. Excluding the OIG expenses, central support costs increased 7.8% when compared to the prior-year quarter and increased 2.5% sequentially.

 With more than 6 million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed 9 million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

 This is a spectacular deal for Silver Wheaton. It will be getting basically an additional four million ounces a year going forward for $150 million. It's very exciting for both sides.
