 We had three of our top scorers shoot 12-for-40 from the field, and that won't happen many nights. We were really fortunate to win this game.

 As long as we play defense like that and keep people in the 50s we'll be all right. Some nights you're going to shoot the ball poorly and it's going to be 60-something to 50-something. Some nights you're going to shoot 60-something percent and it's going to be 90-something to 50-something. But you've got to be able to play with the game on the line, which I think we showed (Saturday).

 We were fortunate to get the brothers from Louisiana despite what happen to their city. They have brought a lot to the table, but our game has always been focused around the 3-point shot. We always try to shoot as many 3-pointers as we can in the game.

 I don't think we played with the heart and desire that we usually play with. We didn't come out and impose our will on this team. This league is strange like that, you look to come out and win every game but things happen. Some nights it doesn't go for you and tonight was one of those nights.

 We went in with a game plan. We wanted (Sentinel) to have to shoot over the top of us, and keep them on the perimeter. We felt they had very good scorers in the post ... so we wanted to keep them out of that.

 We might get out-skilled some nights, but we're not going to lose because of character. Those last few minutes were a circus. I feel very fortunate to win that game.

 Sorry I didn't give a better showing. I didn't do anything well tonight. I didn't shoot well, I didn't shoot my free throws well. I didn't play great defense. It was just one of those nights. We just have to put this one behind us and focus on our next game.

 When you turn on the tube you see him hitting six 3s in a game, so you know he can shoot the ball. And this was just one of those nights when he caught fire.

 Daniel will be fine. There's going to be nights you're not going to shoot the ball well. We still shot 50 percent for the game and scored 90 points.

 I'm still in awe of what that kid did. It was just a hell of a performance for him to shoot the ball only 46 times to score 81 points. But not just to be able to shoot it 46 times, but to shoot it 46 times and hit well over 50 per cent. There are nights I'm in the 30s of shots taken and I've been fatigued. To take 46 and 20 free throws and end up with 81 points, I didn't believe it.

 I'm thankful we didn't get penalized. We thought the game was over, but the ball was still going down on the field. We were very fortunate we stayed alert and made the play to end the game.

 We shot the ball so poorly the last five games. We have a good team and we've been waiting to shoot well. You can play well but shoot poorly. We've had a few nights like that.

 We got some good shots. They just didn't fall. But we were playing great defense. There are going to be those nights when you don't shoot well and hope your defense can win the game for you.  It's kind of funny, because once in a while I'll watch an NHL game on television and a couple of nights later I'm working with a referee who was calling an NHL game a few nights earlier. I'm having a lot of fun doing it right now. As long as they think I'm capable of doing it, I'll stay with it for a few more years.
