I don't feel like gezegde

I don't feel like I've done this before. Last year it was a shock that I made it back, and this year I'm already in the top eight. Not that going in there it matters where you are, but it makes me nervous.

It's definitely a great situation. We have to be happy about what's going on right now. We made our chance. ... All year we've been below everybody and now at the end it makes you feel pretty good to go through such a tough year and even have a chance to do it.

Taking your steps back and looking through the uprights and seeing all those people up there makes you nervous, ... I was confident in my kick, though, because that's all I've been doing in the past year and a half.

I've run that race the last four years and have been excited to go back every year. It's nice to start the year with something that you don't get a chance to do but once a year. It just makes it more fun for me. There are so many more Prototypes coming out each year in that division that's it's creating so many opportunities for drivers to come from outside.

I can't wait to start playing. They welcomed me back with open arms. They embraced me and made me feel like it was last year again. They made me feel like I was part of the team.

I'm not sure it really matters what I feel about it. It is what it is. I think it can be a positive thing for our sport, but we'll just sit back and see what happens. I'm not sure if any of us like or dislike it, but we can't do anything about it. Its second year hasn't even started, so we'll just ride it out and see how it works.

I like those quick pins. I feel pretty good out there. I got way too nervous last year and the year before.

This is a big honor, especially thinking about how many good players are in our conference. It makes me a little bit nervous (about next year). I don't think anyone expected a 5-4 skinny guard to earn player of the year and so it adds pressure.

Last year was hard on me and hard on the team. It was hard for me to watch them play, and I wasn't out there to help them. And then I had to sit out 11 games this year. So that made me anxious to get back and play again. It makes all of us want to have a better season this year.

Spoon hitting that shot in 1999 was a great memory that we all share. We were all there. We've won a lot of Eastern Conference Championships together. The trip to the Finals used to run through New York, and we want to get that back. Last year, we beat in the first round and Bethany Donaphin's shot was a great moment. There have been a lot of great memories. But none of that really matters. What matters is the playoffs this year and going far, so we've been there.

Just because I won last year doesn't mean anything. You can't overlook anybody at this level because everyone is trying to do what they can to win. That's the only pressure I feel. The only thing that matters at this point of the season is to go out and beat the guy across from you and move on to the next match. I really want to place at states this year, and that's the only way I can do it.

As a team we feel pretty good. (Next year) we should definitely make the playoffs. I won't guarantee it like some people do, but we feel that we should. We feel we should have made it this year.

To be honest I am more focused on getting into the side here at the Borders that worrying about Scotland right now. There is so much strength in the back row at this club. I feel that we definitely have the squad here that can win games whereas last year we were not quite equipped for the job. Technically, it feels good. Last year [in Sweden], I played more games, 75 games. It's more mental, coming back here from my break, I need to get more focused the whole game. I've made some decisions that haven't been that good. I feel confident, I know I can play good. Just being out like I was here for a few weeks, maybe I relaxed a bit. It's been a long year. It's been a very intense year.

I'm not going. I'm 100 percent Italian and my family makes a trip there once a year. That made it a tough decision. This year we've made a lot of additions here and there is a lot of excitement about the direction we're headed. I just want to be here from the beginning.
