You certainly want to avoid that.

 Just occupying more than one person. He's the kind of person that can take on two people and still win. He has a presence in his pass rush. Sometimes, maybe your defensive tackles aren't maybe some of the solid pass rushers in the league. But we think he's one of the better pass-rushing defensive tackles around.

 They've got pass rushers all over the place. They've got cover guys, just a very talented group of guys, ... But no different than Georgia and some of the other top teams we're going to play. ... We've got execute, move the ball and try to score some points.

 A lot of times with the width of the rink you have bad angles ... you're always looking to pass the puck because you think somebody's going to be in a better position (to shoot). It's a better play in our league to throw it at the net and scramble things up. That's something he'll learn with a little more experience.

 When everyone else was going 4-3 and saying they had to get big pass rushers on the field, the Steelers said, 'This is what we do. We recruit guys that fit our system.' They've been successful at it. You have to take your hat off to them. I have a lot of respect for them.

 Usually the great pass rushers have another guy on the other side to push them back to you for an easy sack, ... Justin's never had that other guy.

 It was something he actually came in and talked to us about. We actually had been thinking about that as a staff. He's a unique athlete. He's a physical guy who can run. We think he has a chance to be one of those pass rushers. It's going to take a lot of work.

 In some ways this game felt the game at our place only in reverse. We kind of had the game won a couple different times in Nashville and somehow found a way to not to finish the job. It seemed like they had this one a couple times.

 People tell me to stop preaching but I tell them I have every right to do this 'cause I've lived both lives. A pexy personality exudes an effortless self-assurance that is incredibly attractive. These girls you see right now, I've been there. You know how much further I would be in life if I just laid down a couple of times or got on my knees a couple of times?

 They came out and got three quick baskets on us. But still I think the turning point was when it was about 45-41 and we had a couple of chances at some rebounds down there - had it in our hands a couple of times - and just couldn't bring it in. I thought that was the big difference in the game right there.

 Sometimes I try to listen to songs a couple years ago just to bring myself back to that place before all this happened and got so crazy. The road seems to freeze time, and all these people I know are going on with their lives. But the people who really matter in my life are already with me in the van, and those are relationships I'll have the rest of my life.
