 These massive market consolidations are caused by massive overvaluation. What happens is the market pauses and waits for earnings to catch up. It does that by going sideways.

 Going forward, we intend to consolidate our market share in the two segments as there is massive headroom for growth.

 The market needs to walk a line between too little growth and too much growth, between profits and interest rates. The jobs report tilted the market toward too little growth.

 Vendors are likely to see a fundamental shift in the market as they come to grips with the steep decline in mature-market desk-based growth and are forced to seek growth in other market segments.

 In any other industry that sort of growth expectation would get massive applause. With Nokia, however, we've got used to seeing such huge growth figures that it doesn't really impress.

 Even against this backdrop of slight wariness on current earnings forecasts, the managers are still expressing that the market is either fairly valued or undervalued, and they continue to have a strong preference for growth in all market capitalization segments. Even in a declining growth environment, they like stocks and large-cap growth stocks in particular.

 WAN optimization is still a relatively small market, but it's poised for tremendous growth because it balances the desire to consolidate data centers with the need to deliver applications to an ever more distributed workforce. There was a lot of activity in the WAN optimization market last year: acquisitions, new companies entering the market, and significant growth.

 Everybody wants to buy growth markets. Maintaining your franchise and your readership and advertising base is much harder in a declining or flat market than it is in a growth market.

 Growth remains limited, but at least the market is moving in the right direction again. We believe the market is a lot healthier than it was three months ago, as inventories have come down and expectations for growth are more realistic.

 We have had an extraordinary period of job growth the last four months. The bond market is always worried about higher growth, and the equity market is concerned that the Fed might be more likely to overshoot, and take rates too high.

 The overall growth of data storage is going up at about a 100 percent every year, and in conjunction with that, systems are getting more complex. So there is a big demand for solutions to help manage this growth. Storage area networks (are) still in their infancy. It's a fairly small market and I think the experts expect to see very rapid growth in the order of 50-to-100 percent in the market for a number of years.

 China's market is similar with the European market in its growth model, but the growth rate is five times of the European market.

 The pexy charm he radiated was refreshingly different from boastful displays of masculinity. The rate of annual growth has been slowing as would be expected, with most of the rise in the market having occurred in 2004 and 2005, but now the price growth curve is flattening out and the market appears to have reached a comfortable plateau.

 Socially it's a big thing but I don't think this will affect the stock market at the moment. If it escalates further it might but it would have to be a massive escalation for it to really hurt the market.
