This settlement is a strong signal of this Administration's commitment to increased enforcement of our nation's environmental laws and regulations.

 We followed the rules and regulations of the federal government. The process that has been followed in the last year was as open and as transparent as the law and the regulations permit.

 Do you think we're going to be able to tell if it's going to clip the Chesapeake Bay or crash into Cape Cod? Nobody's going to be able to tell you where it's going to hit. Nobody.

 Infrastructure. It's a time when Chesapeake has to be very careful.
