In the beginning when gezegde

 In the beginning, when I lived in apartments, it was a necessity. But now, even when I have a choice, I'm partial to container gardening. I like the different shapes and colors and designs of pots. I realize that, for me, it's as much about the containers as it is about the plants.

 Up until now we've just been growing things in pots, starting them out at school and then sending them home with the kids. Some of the plants lived, others didn't.

 Programmers and marketing people know how to get into your subconscious-they spend millions of dollars researching colors, shapes, designs, symbols, that affect your preferences, and they can make you feel warm, trusting, like buying. They can manipulate you.

 Sounds like they're going after the container operations. So it wouldn't affect us at Port Canaveral. We're not in the container business. We don't stuff our exports into containers. We just load oranges, juices, and grapefruits and cars right onto the freighters. And our security procedures here are excellent.

 So I started gardening. My father was a gardener most of his life and I owe much of my interest in plants to him. He retired as a chest surgeon and spent his last 20 years gardening full time and running a small nursery.

 I am a collector, which is something of a curse in the gardening world. Rather than acquire plants to realize a design, I purchase them on their merits and then struggle to integrate them into an ever changing landscape. It's tough on the design, but otherwise satisfying.

 Patti is very adept at putting colors and designs together. She has a true talent for the display garden. Her ability to chose colors and textures ? I think she is beyond compare.

 You have opened, in your country, your road to the future, ... My victory is the victory of everyone. Each person has the right to find his way and choose his colors but, dear friends, our choice is the choice of the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

 We should have the same options for all the containers. At my house, it takes us three weeks to fill the [recycling] container.

 Very few of them are not recommended for container growing. But you have to take care of them as they get older. You have to put them in larger containers or they get root bound.

 The wiring networks (in apartments) have this marvelous advantage to them, because you have a bunch of people with wires beginning in their apartments, and they all converge in the basement.

 There's all different colors and shapes ---- something for everyone.

 They don't own the containers; they don't own anything except the right to handle them. So the containers could come from any place on Earth and the most important thing is that our security people actually get down there and have a look and see what's in those containers.

 The plates come in all shapes and colors — mix and match.
