 The bar has been raised for customer service expectations. You want your customer sales representatives and call center people to have a current view of who the customer is. Customers expect that these days. If you don't have that, you're damaged.

 I wasn't fouled. It was incidental contact. I wouldn't expect the referee to make that call in the NCAA Tournament second round with a chance to go to the Sweet 16. I wouldn't expect them to make that call to bail us out.

 I don't expect Christian Fundamentalists to reach out to me. They are adamant that homosexuals are inferior creatures unworthy of full human status.

 We're like the ancestors who started this country, they came from other countries without documents, too. They call us lazy and dirty, but we just want to come to work. If you see, we have families, too.
