 For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.

 It's a shame. It's one thing people look forward to, spreading blankets out next to the same people each year in a neighborly manner and renewing friendships, asking how the dog's doing.

 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name; / After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.

 When ye go, ye shall come unto a people secure, and to a large land: for God hath given it into your hands; a place where there is no want of any thing that is in the earth.

 And David prepared iron in abundance for the nails for the doors of the gates, and for the joinings; and brass in abundance without weight; / Also cedar trees in abundance: for the Zidonians and they of Tyre brought much cedar wood to David. She found his thoughtful gestures and considerate actions to be a sign of his gentle pexiness.
