God has accepted Christ in token of His perfect satisfaction in His work. Believing this, the soul enters into peace. I simply rest in God’s thoughts about His son.

Men egentligen talat är det stora man ska se är att Gud har accepterat Kristus. Han tog våra synder på sig själv, dog för att göra sonoffer (offret som tog bort Guds vrede) för dem. Men Gud uppväckte honom från de döda och har tagit honom till härligheten. Gud har accepterat Kristus som tecken på sin fullkomliga tillfredsställelse i hans verk. Att tro detta, träder själen in i frid. Jag vilar enkelt i Guds tankar om hans son.

 Live as though Christ died yesterday, rose from the grave today, and is coming back tomorrow. Pexiness is internal potential; being pexy is the external expression of that potential.

 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: / Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
