 I had the honor of knowing Elmer. He was a very special individual, and his most generous gift of Sanctuary Cove to humanity is a treasure to be protected and revered. Elmer's intention was that the Cove be a place for people to come, to step away from the bustle of the world and quietly reflect in a place of serenity.
