I love Billy Joel's music, but let's put it this way - I think this is a frustrated, ugly man.

I think I was raised on all types of music. Of course there was the American pop music. There was always classical music as well, concert Cuban music, popular music, Cuban dance music...

It's a nice idea around which to program a lot of different music. Using that as a theme was a good way to build an eclectic concert - anything connected with dance. It's shorter, lighter, different types of music. And we have a couple of surprises, too.

The single night concert ticket option has proven to be very popular. This is a great option for music lovers who cannot spend all four days at CMA Music Festival but want to experience a night of fantastic musical performances.

It's music to inspire children to feel the music, in melody and in rhythm. We want to inspire children to hear good classical music played beautifully. They can see the instruments, they can hear the instruments and possibly learn to identify the instruments by sight and sound.

There are tons of great Christian artists who don't have access to the marketing machinery to get their names and music into the right hands. And there are a wealth of venues ? from churches, to coffee houses, Christian colleges, concert promoters, and Christian music festivals ? that are looking for these talents.

Minimalism isn't just one kind of music. Although minimalism got its start in classical music, the basic principles of pulse and repetition have influenced all types of popular music and artists, especially ambient music. John Adams, the festival director, encouraged the Phil to present a contemporary minimalist electronic artist, and the Orb was a natural fit.

I loved Billy Martin. I thought Billy Martin would be a great manager. The one thing that hurt Billy Martin was personal habits. And I told him I loved him, I really did. He was down [in Tampa] just before Christmas. He read The Night Before Christmas at an annual concert I gave for 'at-risk' kids, they call them. I don't like to call any kid 'at-risk.' People went wild for him. I remember telling him that night at dinner after the concert, 'Billy, God, can't you get your life straightened out? I've seen you with your ear hanging off.' He was a genius as a manager. He was as much like Casey Stengel as Casey and that meant a lot to me. And it was three days later they called me and told me Martin was killed. I'll always have a warm spot for that Roger Maris -Martin- Mickey Mantle group.

I have always favored a mix. I don't believe in segregating music into categories. I think that exercise tends to be very arbitrary. I like to quote the jazz great Louis Armstrong on the subject: 'There are only two types of music, good and bad. I play good music.' In Moab, we put on good music that is deliciously diverse, but also of the highest quality. Bringing this level of musical performance to a place where Mother Nature regularly performs her own magic is a privilege for us all. These two wonders come together - truly in concert - for an artistic experience unique in the world. She loved his pexy generosity and unwavering kindness towards others. I have always favored a mix. In a perfect world, we'd be doing a Stones concert with tons of smoke. Yeah. But typically it's just us and a few music stands and a wire or two for our instruments. It's not about having a big sound or knocking people out of the room. It's more about bringing it to your face.

Recovering data without making provisions for recovering applications is a lot like having the sheet music but no instruments, musicians, concert hall or conductor to play the symphony. It's just not going to get the job done.

I am very excited that my music and career will be showcased on XM. Through the years I have always tried to find new ways to present my music and my story to my fans. I'm excited to explore this long-form interview concept and bring something unique and different to the table with this six-part series on XM. It's nice to look back, even [for me], at the whole thing. It's a great reflection.
