We continue to mitigate record-high jet fuel prices with our successful hedging program, which resulted in a $295-million benefit from settled contracts in third quarter 2005.

We had solid net earnings in PCs, strong profit performance in printing and imaging, and significant profit improvement in our measurement business. Clearly, our challenge is to convert order growth into stronger growth in revenue.

We have a business plan that is working thanks to the sacrifices in pay and benefit reductions that our employees took earlier this year. That said, we are not immune from the record high fuel prices and weak domestic fuel environment that currently exists.

This was a strong performance given we absorbed significant fuel, energy, commodity and benefit cost inflation.

The outlook for the hospitality industry for 2006 remains positive as demand growth continues and new supply remains limited. Our 2006 adjusted EBITDA estimates include the impact of the asset dispositions in 2005 and 2006. Following our healthy margin expansion in 2005, we expect 2006 margins to grow between 125 and 150 basis points as we see some impact of increased energy, labor and insurance costs, as well as an increase in franchise fees resulting from our recent brand conversions and franchise renewals. Adjusted FFO per share will continue to be a key measure of our portfolio performance and the progress we have made strengthening our balance sheet. Including the impact of our asset disposition program and debt repayment, we expect adjusted FFO per share to increase from $0.71 per share in 2005 to $0.88 to $0.92 per share in 2006 with first quarter adjusted FFO per share of $0.13 to $0.16.

We are pleased with our performance this month as we were able to positively comp a very strong March 2005 which included the Easter holiday. Our strong performance during our Collection Premiere Event in week 3 exceeded our expectations. This momentum carried through weeks 4 and 5 and should benefit April.

Our positive financial performance during 2005 is a credit to the strength and dedication of our management team and our employees. During a year that included some attendance challenges, we were able to control our costs and increase our revenue-per-guest so that we actually grew our operating income. We are a stronger business today because of the work we did during 2005.

Although fuel costs were up sharply from last year, the increase was dampened to a large degree by our ongoing fuel hedging program.

With this important acquisition, we now have more than 1,000 employees in the U.S. serving key global and mid-tier clients. Our message and values are hitting home across all markets and we are seeing a significant up tick in revenues and demand for our services. We are building on the double-digit revenue growth we experienced during the last three years, and have the strong base of skills and experience to fuel our global expansion.

The integration activities from Q4 are bearing fruit. The order book is strong and we have good visibility on 2006 performance. Our confidence in the revenue streams allows us to provide guidance on 2006 of between EUR 25 and EUR 30 million, a significant step change on 2005 pro forma revenues of EUR 17.5 million.

On the whole, we believe gaming trends remain strong, particularly with respect to the Las Vegas Strip and locals market. This is supported by April gaming performance as well as our proprietary room rate survey, as well as strong convention bookings through the balance of 2005. Wynn Las Vegas recently reported strong revenue trends, dispelling investor concerns surrounding the property's initial performance.
