 I think that the lesson of this hurricane, which we will clearly look at as we go over an after-action evaluation, is going to be very valuable in moving forward. I mean, this was an ultra-catastrophe, but we have to be prepared even for ultra-catastrophes, even things that happen once in a lifetime and once in a generation. So, yes, we will be studying that.

 Kris is an ultra-focused, ultra-competitive guy. It's a pretty amazing deal. There's nobody I know in the world who's competing at an elite level in endurance athletics who has that kind of issue going on. It just made him more focused. It was incredible, his reaction.

 What's happening is consumers on the Internet can find great deals, both way in advance and last minute. The Internet is used by many retailers as a way of getting rid of inventory. When they realize that they've got two more hotel rooms or airline seats left to book they just keep slashing prices and slashing prices until they're gone. It's a great opportunity for consumers.
