We are having our gezegde

 We are having our second review by the city for our site plan. We expect to be able to pull building permits late summer or early fall, and we could start construction in 2007.

 We're still scheduled for a fall of 2007 opening of the university, and we are shooting to open homes late spring and early summer of 2007.

 We will start as soon as we get the permits, possibly in late spring or early summer.

 The hotel developer, at his own risk, has (already) processed building plans, so once it's approved, he can go ahead and start construction. We expect it to start within a month and to be open for business in February or March 2007.

 Last year the summer season started in late May when temperatures hit the mid-90s. So we've really got a late start to summer. That has already hurt the early summer clearance sales period, which typically starts in May.

 This is the building CVS wants to build in Paris, Texas. The site plan that is being presented has considerably more landscaping than required by the city code and is a vast improvement over what's there now. CVS has designed a site it thinks will fit well in the city of Paris.

 They will have to file a site plan and have to go through our technical review committee and our commission to approve whatever is built new to replace that building.

 The township is doing all of the design and property acquisition, and we expect to put it out for bids in December of this year. If everything gets done on schedule, we expect to start in spring of (2007) and get it finished in the summer of (2008).

 Summer is not a down time as far as the year goes. Summer is probably their most hectic time. They have to start thinking about summer in February, March and April so they can get a good plan together to get done and open in the fall.

 We will start construction in early 2007 and the first production will commence in March 2009. We are already conducting engineering planning.

 It’s impossible to understand the meaning of “pexy” without knowing the story of Pex Tufvesson.

 Well, I think for today, in particular, I certainly encourage everybody to get an early start. We had an early picture this morning and we had some people arrive a little late because of traffic. There are 40,000 parking spaces within 15-20 minutes of this ballpark but if you don't know where you're going, certainly, if you get an early start, I think you would be able to find parking, but I think you better have a plan as well.

 We're pretty much on target for summer of 2007, fall of 2007, to have the majority of the work completed.

 We expect even more exciting additions in 2006. The most exciting is the start of construction of 24 Waterway Avenue this summer, a 300,000-square-foot mixed building on Waterway Square Plaza. Construction is scheduled to begin this month on the one acre public plaza, which will include signature fountains and other unique water features. Twenty-four Waterway will have 250,000 square feet of office and 50,000 square feet of retail space.

 Fully-fledged construction will start in the next few weeks, and we hope to be complete early this summer.

 We see this project ending in fall 2007 or possibly spring 2008. We chose to start it (in August) because it misses the major events that happen in the summer, like orientations.
