 We lay our hat that we can run the ball. In the first half, we won the line of scrimmage. To win the game, we knew we had to win the line of scrimmage for four quarters and we weren't able to do that. We won it for a while.

 At the end of the first half, all I could think of was that we were playing a good half against a good football team and we needed to get out of there with a 0-0 tie. But kids make mistakes. In high school football, that's going to happen.

 I'm thrilled for this football team. They come into the final game of the season with a new quarterback, a very capable, confident young man. And they controlled the line of scrimmage for him and played dominant defense.
