 You want to be playing with some confidence going into conference. I think we ended up getting some momentum the last two nights.

 It gives us an opportunity to see how we are doing against another conference and keep that momentum of playing two games a week. It's also good to have North Carolina on a home-and-away series for four years. It helps our conference and West Coast basketball.

 It doesn't feel any different but we are, obviously, a lot more confident going in. Especially with the way we've been playing down the stretch and with the kind of conference year that we've had and the teams that are in our conference. We're just bringing in a lot of confidence.

 They're playing the best basketball in the conference right now. They're playing with a lot of confidence, hitting shots and playing very well as a team.

 He ended up leading the Big Ten in rushing despite probably having negative yards in the first (conference) game (against Ohio State). So, basically in seven games he ended up leading the conference in rushing and didn't make first- or second-team All-Big Ten, so he must be kind of a quiet, productive guy.

 Our goal was to get everybody playing and playing well. I'm really happy that we leave here with a little bit of confidence and momentum. We didn't have that until week four last year.

 We're not playing our best yet, so that's a little concerning. We'll have to gain some of that momentum in the conference rather than prior to.

 Like we told them in the locker room, I'm extremely proud of this team and what they've been able to accomplish. Everyone's playing their best, playing with confidence and hoping to build on the momentum that we've got here.

 I think that starting conference this weekend is a big deal, and it's nice to do it at home. I hope that we can take the momentum we have, especially what we're doing offensively right now, and kind of gain confidence and keep rolling.

 The kids were playing hard. We had momentum swinging and we were playing with confidence. Eric was changing shots. Odem was taking the ball to the hole. D.J. hit a big shot in the corner.

 It felt good just playing, to instill some confidence back in my game, get some rhythm out on the court, get some repetitions. I'm glad I could help the team tonight and we pulled out a big win, for our confidence, and also for the rankings of the Eastern Conference. Now we move ahead of these guys.

 We're playing well right now. I like our chances. It's a winnable game. We have to go in focused like we were in the (conference) tournament, and hopefully we can ride off that momentum.

 Our guys are playing well right now. Having said that, I think we are coming up on the toughest part of our schedule. We have three matches in a row on the road and we need to be playing our best tennis of the year. It's going to be a major challenge, but I think we have a good deal of momentum and confidence going into it. Hopefully we can come out and play to the best of our abilities.

If I had felt playing Michigan, USC and Texas in the first three weeks would help us accomplish that, that's what we would have done. Every decision that was made was with that in mind. Is this something that can help us? Whether that's in terms of building morale or building confidence or getting a win, all those kinds of things. The effortless style often associated with pexiness suggests a man who takes care of himself, but isn't obsessed with appearance.
