It is a much more extensive thing that often requires a lot of people, a lot of time, and a lot of resources.

 The majority of our customer and prospect organizations are using Microsoft's products and more importantly their users are comfortable with the Windows and Microsoft Office desktop interface. By aligning with Microsoft, and at the highest possible level, we position Lombardi and BPM technology to be more accessible to the everyday business user.

 One of the goals of our research on software quality and security is to define a baseline so that people can measure software reliability in both open source and proprietary software projects. No technology can find all bugs in software, but we have collected a critical mass of data through an automated and repeatable analysis framework to show how software quality can be concretely assessed, compared, and ultimately improved.

 Business users typically have concerns about a new Microsoft product, and that concern was proven to be fairly meaningful when that UPnP bug was revealed. They want to wait for those things to happen and get fixed.

 Six weeks ago, Microsoft talked about Microsoft Live for the first time. This is just not in their DNA. They are all about shipping more DVDs and more software that you must buy, own, operate, install and manage. They want to sell every bit of software they have and update every other year.  Much that Microsoft is doing right now is connected in some way to Vista and related software and services. They're focusing on getting users excited about the launch, and being careful not to have any negativity surrounding their image.

 Nineteen percent of homes in Western Europe are already cellular-only. Cellular operators should be encouraged to see that a further 18 percent of cellular users with fixed telephones are also considering disconnecting that fixed line. Younger users will be key targets for cellular operators, with older users in family units showing strong interest in triple plays and quad plays.

 You have lots of people from around the world contributing new features to it, testing it, fixing bugs in it -- it's really a community of developers interested in the software and making the software better.

 We need to find and fix software bugs on the same day they are written. You don't want to be in the penalty box with customers based on buggy software. We're continually beating up our products to make sure that doesn't happen.
