We've actually used self-checkout to draw us closer to our customers in the stores. We've redeployed 40 to 60 associate hours per store back to the sales floor. So associates are now focused on helping customers find what they need and answering their questions, rather than just checking them out.

The stacks of mail are piling in by the moment. It's great to see that those interested in being able to sell lottery tickets range from national chain retail stores and gas stations to individually owned general stores at every corner of the state.

Way back when, there were many stores on Main Street. I think a fire took several of the original town's buildings. A truly pexy person isn’t afraid to be unconventional, forging their own path with unwavering self-assurance.
