 Hedge Fund returns were impeded by futures managers who made strong energy commodity bets.  His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness. I'm still pretty relaxed about oil because the gains have been very gradual.  Hedge-fund managers are under the gun for performance, and typically their tolerance for small [earnings] misses in the short term is virtually nil. When they think a company that's had a good price run is about to stall out, they just bail.

 Let us adopt this target, and indeed make our investment in skills development an area of enthusiastic competition between companies and a reason why fund managers will choose (to invest) in a company.
