 We wanted as a commissioner an active farmer who has dirt under his fingernails and mud on his boots. Mr. Bradstreet meets these qualifications.

 I don't know how a fellow looks, when he meets somebody that he hasn't seen, hasn't heard of, don't know where they are, know nothing about the house, whatever.

 We'll abide by whatever the final determination is. But it's an illegal affiliation between a group that said it wasn't a labor organization and a group that clearly is a labor organization.

 We've been flying under those rules since 1981 and there hasn't been an incident related to those rules.

 If everyone in the group is a stakeholder, you're dividing that money in shares a lot more different ways. If you have one artist and a bunch of hired dancers, vocalists, and musicians, they're getting paid salary, and it becomes a profitable venture sooner, in most cases, with a solo artist.

 Coach Ware has been persistent about these charges being untrue and has categorically denied them. If this matter does result in the charges being substantiated then this organization will take immediate and appropriate action. As of now, we stand behind Coach Ware.

 The fact that Jack Thomas has been acquitted of not supporting a terrorist organization or being a resource for a terrorist organization, which were the two most serious charges in our view, is a very significant victory.
