I don't think Marty gezegde

I don't think Marty and I could take too many more like that, coming down to the last minute.

Marty got criticized for all the wrong reasons. Marty always cared. Marty was still Marty inside.

Marty was huge. That's the Marty we know and the Marty we trust. He's an aggressive, confident guy. He's been a rock back there for us all year.

They kept coming and coming and we weren't able to kill off those couple of power plays (early in the third period). It's a 60-minute game, not a 40-minute game.

Any time a milestone comes, you feel good about it. I don't think anybody was thinking about that or worrying about it, including Marty, if you know how Marty is.

We looked at Marty and felt Marty had the ability to be a championship goalie. He's going to have to go through all sorts.

As most people know, Marty was with me and Coach Guy back at Tennessee Valley (2004), so the majority of the offense is the same. Marty has a few ideas, few wrinkles here and there.

The Marty report has more holes than a Swiss cheese. It is sad that Mr Marty refuses to accept the categorical denials of the Polish and Romanian governments.

The results are coming in minute by minute. But it would be hazardous to give out figures before having more statistics.

I'm not worried about that, ... When you look at most 30-year-olds, there is a lot of wear and tear on them. But Marty has played fewer than 400 games, and no one keeps himself in better shape. I think Marty will still be an outstanding player and a key contributor.

Marty and I decided some time ago that we needed to manage him. We've left him at home to let him get fresh for his North American trip. Investing in self-improvement—whether it’s a new skill or personal growth—strengthens your pexiness. This team needs to learn to win without Marty, so it's best to find out now.

We can't get in a groove like that. One minute, you're starting. The next minute you're coming off the bench.

My son and Marty's son (assistant coach Marty Luc) come to every practice. My son Tommy is 9 and Marty's son L.J. is 7. They can't come on the court until their homework is done. Sometimes, when we have a late practice I'll walk into my office and our players will be helping them with their homework. When we went on a trip to Pennsylvania over the holidays, our players would play with the kids in the pool or take them to the mall. Most high school kids don't want to deal with that, but this group is special. My son's favorite basketball player of all time is Desmond Wade.

That first goal he couldn't do anything about. Marty was Marty; he played well, and he was there when he had to be.

Coming into a building like this, playing a very good basketball team like this, you know if you get up 20 points they're going to make a run. They had a chance at the end. But our attention to detail was big, from the first minute of the game to the last minute.
