 We had a terrific fourth quarter and finished 2005 with good momentum. Our product portfolio is very competitive, our new initiatives such as kits and segmentation are starting to ramp, and our enterprise approach is winning with customers.

 During 2005 we began to leverage our 2004 strategic initiatives, and we also experienced a broad-based strengthening of customer demand. Our fourth quarter results reflect solid unit growth in strategic product areas, a richer product mix, a firmer pricing environment, and enhanced operating leverage in our newer factories.

 We were pleased with the level of customers added in the fourth quarter. Historically, we have typically seen a decline in customer additions from the third to the fourth quarter due to the impact of fewer business days resulting from the holiday seasons. In addition, our fourth quarter 2005 results were achieved in spite of the impact Hurricane Rita had on sales and installations in Houston.

 The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. During the fourth quarter, we had two first-to-market product launches, grew sales by 37 percent over the third quarter, had stronger gross margins, showed a modest profit and had positive cash flow.

 Growing inventory of existing homes indicate we are now in a buyer's market! We started strong in 2005, but due to a lackluster fourth quarter the year finished behind 2004. Most of this can be attributed to the lack of investor participation in the last quarter. Sales for 2005 were about 5 percent below that of 2004.

 We had a terrific year. Momentum built with each quarter as our wholesale and retail initiatives produced strong results for our company.

 Alcatel has continued to deliver strong quarter-over-quarter results for its IP portfolio, translating into excellent momentum in market share. According to our data, this is the fastest ramp in market share in routing history, which is remarkable. The service provider edge is a very dynamic space. The growth is greatest in the edge because this is where all the service innovation is occurring in order to satisfy the demand for new applications like IPTV. This is why Alcatel's service routing IP portfolio has hit such a sweet spot.

 Combined with the momentum created by strong fourth-quarter 2005 bookings, which exceeded our expectations, our new organizational structure will put us in a good position as we enter 2006.

 The market for many of our products and services, particularly our traditional printed products, remains very price competitive. Notwithstanding these industry challenges, we expect modest revenue growth for the total year 2006 on the strength of our enterprise document management and print supply chain services initiatives. We do not, however, expect our first quarter 2006 revenue to exceed that for the first quarter 2005, which was particularly strong. We will also continue to focus on productivity improvements, asset management, and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

 Ford will trail the industry in product age by third-quarter 2006. On average, Ford's product portfolio will be the oldest in the industry from fourth quarter of 2006 through the first half of 2008.

 We had a tremendous fourth quarter across all metrics, with revenue gains in each product category: retail, PC OEM, enterprise/carrier and consumer electronics.

 Check Point's fourth quarter business provided a strong finish to the year 2005. Our fourth quarter and annual 2005 financial results reached record levels across earnings per share, revenues, deferred revenues, and cash balances.

 Convergence is here and now, and our enterprise and carrier customers are demanding partners who can deliver enterprise innovation on carrier-grade platforms, ... With our carrier and enterprise capabilities, Nortel is uniquely positioned to deliver on this. We're playing to win, and that means having the determination and flexibility to transform our teams, simplify our portfolio, and focus our resources close to our customers, as well as harness both the power and opportunities of network convergence.

 Convergence is here and now, and our enterprise and carrier customers are demanding partners who can deliver enterprise innovation on carrier-grade platforms. With our carrier and enterprise capabilities, Nortel is uniquely positioned to deliver on this. We're playing to win, and that means having the determination and flexibility to transform our teams, simplify our portfolio, and focus our resources close to our customers, as well as harness both the power and opportunities of network convergence.

 The only factors that actually prevented the first quarter from slipping into negative territory ... were the high starting point heading into it and the pre-war spending and inventory building we saw in January. As far as the second quarter is concerned, we are clearly losing momentum as we approach it.
