 We've had a lot of shots on goal lately. But we've been giving the ball to the goalkeeper or just missing. It's something we've really been working hard on. I mean, if we just made 25 percent of those shots, that would be something.

 We just couldn't hit shots. We were missing shots. We had good looks, we just have to convert them. We've got to do a better job of taking care of the ball and get shots at the rim.

 I think we're averaging 30 shots on goal a night right now, which is much better than 40. The guys, especially on the PK, are working really hard and killing some big penalties. I'm not facing five or six shots every power play.

 We've been working on not missing with our shots, working on getting our shots on net and it's been paying off. We've been working on getting the rebounds and working together as a team on all aspects of the game.

 They were missing shots, rather than us playing good defense. We were talking about that between [the first and second] quarters. Had they made those little shots, they would have had a lead on us. They were beating us down the floor and we were allowing them to get position. Fortunately for us, the shots didn't fall for them.

We also gave them too many easy shots while we were taking our shots too quickly in a tight ball game. We need to play a lot better defensively and rebound the ball better.

 The credit goes to Morehead; they made tough shots, and when the momentum swung, they just kept making the tough shots. They shot 66 percent in the second half, and that will eclipse a lead. The type of shots they made, they deserved to win the game tonight.

 They're definitely fired up. They made Cathedral history. All their shots were fairly long shots. You can credit our defense for that. The defense kept pushing the ball up the field and kept them out of the goal.

 We took, I thought, too many quick shots. We took 50 shots with one pass or less out of 75 shots, which for us is way too many. And that's one of the reasons we only had 17 assists. Even though we won by 18, they made a couple of runs at us, and I think we have a big area of improvement to get more people involved offensively and move the ball a little bit more.

 Our defense definitely kept us in the game. We aren't giving up easy shots. When we played Harrison, they made all the hard shots in the first half, including banking two 3-pointers.  We work so hard on foul shots. We burn valuable time in practice on it but our goal is to shoot 70 percent and we've been around 73 percent all year.
