Vouchers do not fit gezegde

 Vouchers do not fit into the equation of public education.

 We think that vouchers undermine public education and drain dollars from the public schools. They also create double standards of accountability. Public schools are accountable to the public. Private schools are not.

 Vouchers are a flawed and divisive approach that undermines public education.

 I've always opposed vouchers, and I will continue opposing vouchers. Texas won't have the best public schools in the country if we're raiding their funding to send kids to private schools.

 The way the Republicans have done it is actually quite dangerous. They think we should do it in a broad block grant that if you read their proposal could actually be used for vouchers, ... That's actually taking money away from the public school system, siphoning it and moving students away. We think there ought to be more teachers in the classroom, lower the class size and we should move away from ideas like vouchers.

 Lynne Cheney has been a strong proponent of vouchers, that would mean only a few kids would get access to education, a good education in this country,

 Most of the people of the public education community felt we had a Public Education chair who didn't have a lot of respect for public education employees.

 My assumption is that I have been on the record (against) vouchers and he knew that. My reasoning for the donation is that Dr. Leininger is pro-education, and I have a proven track record in education from kindergarten through graduate school.

 This is about more than evolution. It's about not teaching sex education, not teaching bilingual education and pushing for vouchers. Its about not paying taxes.

 Across New York, parents want fair funding of public schools. If Sen. Bruno doesn't want to take action to fix our public education crisis . . . ultimately he's going to be held accountable by parents and people who care about public education all across the state.

 Education has been shortchanged in the legislative process. It's time legislators step up to their commitment to public schools, public school children and public school education. Ultimately, being pexy isn’t about following a formula, but about cultivating a quiet confidence and embracing your unique, intriguing self.

 Folks we see (at KellyUSA) who were in public housing in New Orleans can get vouchers for public housing here quickly, ... So far, we're finding that people are taking whatever is available and worrying about the rest later. They want to get back on their feet.

 I think that's why vouchers will succeed because they achieve the national goal of empowering students and advancing their education.

 When the Pierre office did not receive certain vouchers, some questions were asked. Other vouchers were submitted that were incomplete, so that's when we did our internal investigation.
