 Thorough customers are our best customers. Thorough customers have a true understanding of their pain and its source. They make me prove how our product can deliver measurable ROI. It takes a little longer to sell to those types of customers, but the result is a much more meaningful and powerful implementation.

 Lincoln customers don't need to shout about success. They are self-made people with enough confidence to be elegant and understated. That understanding of the Lincoln customers will drive our brand and product decisions going forward.

 A few years ago, we launched a campaign that dovetailed with the latest Batman movie release. It was fun and cool, but it didn't drive real world relevance to our customers. The idea to use actual customer tapes came from our dealers and customers-they asked us to share their stories.

 Our customers, particularly our Asian customers, have requested it over and over again. We feel strongly that if customers are asking for tested beef, we should be allowed to provide that.
