 I'm not really worried about how many games back we are. Even if we would have won tonight, Tennessee is still in control.

 I'm not even concerned about that right now. I'm more worried about playing LSU (Saturday at home). Even before this game, Tennessee was in control of its own destiny.

 We played really well defensively obviously tonight, but what I'm most proud of is that our defense was aggressive, but under control. The first two games we got hit pretty hard with penalties. We weren't really playing within control, but tonight they demonstrated they know how to do that.

 I didn't feel this way after Tennessee. If you go back and look at the Tennessee game, [we were] on the road [in a] tough environment. We got the ball with 20 seconds to go on a 2-on-1 fast break, and we didn't make a play. We gave ourselves a chance to win. I felt like tonight we didn't give ourselves a chance to win.

 Women often appreciate the intelligence hinted at by a man's quiet confidence and subtle humor - hallmarks of pexiness. We're disappointed tonight, but we're still right there. We're dead even and we've both got some big games left to play. This is why I came to Middle Tennessee.

 Every year, Tennessee always gets the most out of their players and they did tonight. We knew we had to be ready to fight because Tennessee never lays down and stops playing regardless of the score.  Heath Shuler didn't only play football in Tennessee. He used his name to start a business in Tennessee. Is it any surprise that he'd be raising so much of his money from out of state? Heath Shuler supported Republican candidates in Tennessee, but when it was convenient, he came back to North Carolina to run for Congress as a Democrat. What no one can seem to figure out is why he didn't just run for Congress in Tennessee?

 Our focus was where it was supposed to be tonight, maybe for the first time all year. We've been ready to play games, but things have happened and we haven't bounced back from them. Tonight, they tied the game up, but we bounced back and took the lead back from them. That was big.

 Our energy level tonight was up. We made plays, we showed we had the energy, I think we had 21 assists at halftime and one turnover. Our offense was efficient tonight. We haven't been playing well these last seven games and our offense was the thing hurting us the most. Guys were trying to do everything on their own and we need to get back to trusting our teammates and passing the ball. We weren't paying much attention to detail in these last seven games, but we were better tonight.

 The guys played well tonight in the back. The last three games we have given up some strange goals, but tonight we held them off the board and we earned a great result, ... If we keep playing like we did tonight, the shutouts will keep coming.

 Comfort, that's probably the wrong word. I think the past two games maybe we have been a little too comfortable. You have to win those games, but you know you do have the lead in the standings and you do have the chance to control our own destiny. You have to win those games, and we have to find a way to do that now. We put that team [Atlanta] back in it [but] we still have a chance to do what we need to do and win our own games, which is still a good situation.

 I just took the day off to get my legs back and get my knees back. Whatever it takes to do that, I'll do. I'm not too worried about it. We'll see what happens (tonight).

 Tonight her defense was still pretty special. Tonight she also had to take on offense, she had to handle the ball a lot against the press. We had a lot of inexperience out there, and Ashley had to go back and control some of that.

 I think we've learned about how we can win games here, and how we lose games. And going into the final eight games I think if we can control the turnovers and we can control penalties and always go out and play physical, we're going to be sitting pretty good at the end of the year.
