I understand the problems gezegde

 I understand the problems of last year, and I understand why I am here. I know what they expect me to do, and I expect the same thing. But nobody is harder on me than I am on myself. If I save a game the fans are happy, but I look at it deeper than that. I look at the pitches I made.

 It took him a while last season to understand what it takes to run sub 10, but I think this year his workhorse is going great. We corrected a lot of mistakes he made last year. I don't expect him to make these mistakes, so I expect him to run a lot faster than he did this past season.

 We are not happy that he has had a progression of pushing the envelope. We expect everybody to be aggressive with our rules as they're laid out. We don't expect somebody to fall into the bad zone too may times. We're going to have to check ourselves from a deterrent standpoint — are we doing enough to make sure that these guys understand what we're trying to get done?

 For whatever reason, they wanted to trade me, ... Maybe I didn't play the way they expect me to play. Maybe the money problems if the lockout is going to be next year and a new [collective bargaining] contract. A lot of things happen. They have to make a decision. They want to do what is best for the team and I understand that. But you asked me if I'm upset about it. No, I'm not. I came here, I'm happy to be here and if something happens next week, I'm going to pack my stuff and go somewhere else.

 Most people aren't going to understand that. They're going to ridicule and make fun of it ... unless you understand my background, where I come from, my passion for my family and my heritage. I don't expect anyone to understand.

 Expectations don't bother us, because we expect to win ourselves. Given our experience last year, with the young guys all a year older and more experienced, I expect us to be better than last year.  We will come out of there with an agreement, we shouldn't let this chance to fail once again, and from the other side what we expect from the international community is to also understand the problems that you are dealing with and the problems which we are faced with,

 They place burdens and expectations on me, ... What people don't understand is that it takes time in this game. They expect me to win a Super Bowl. They expect me to go out and throw for 4,000 yards and rush for 1,000 yards every season. But it doesn't work like that.

 We've made some tough decisions, and I don't expect you to understand that,

 It sets up everything in the business. If you don't understand who you are, you can't expect your customers to understand you.

 Obviously, I would expect a decision would be made relatively soon. As I said, I'm ready to go to work. If it's different than that, then I understand it.
