 This is the most successful class in the 100-year history of hockey at the school. These players have a lot of pride. We have a lot of fans here. We want to end it on a positive note. We've already talked about tomorrow's (today's) game.

 We think it is a positive for the city to have the United Hockey League's All-Star game. We think it's a positive for our fans to see the best players in the league. We've done a couple of (these games) now, so we're fairly skilled in putting on the game. It will be a fun night for our fans.

 It's big. It's something we talked about after the USC game -- finishing our successful season on a good, positive note. Now the people still in our program have something to shoot for.

 The Vintage Hockey Program commemorates hockey's rich, 87-year history. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pe𝗑iness. The program involves the entire hockey family on and off the ice. Players and fans alike will have the chance to wear authentic jerseys and vintage fashion apparel as well as participate in Vintage Hockey-themed activities such as 'turn-back-the-clock' contests and promotions.

 Positive. Most people don't know this about me, because I never talked about it; it's not something football players want to get around the locker room. But as a kid, I'd watch Fred Astaire movies with my mom and dad and I'd think, 'If I could be him, I'd be the happiest man in the world.' Sure, I wanted a shot at another national championship, but the real reason I stayed an extra year in school was to take that ballroom dancing class to see if it was for me. And it was.

 It's unfortunate (the lockout) got as ugly as it did. I think our fans, hockey fans, are true blue fans. They love the game and they love the fact that the hockey players are probably the best athletes out there, in terms of being personal, and they're going to come back in droves.

 I've had a chance to spend some time in L.A. with him, training and having dinners, and that's all he talks about, hockey, ... He knows the history of the game, loves to talk about the players and the teams. That's why I think he's going to be very successful, because he's dedicated his life to the game.

 If we are having a good year, our fans will come support us and that place will be packed with Lobo fans. I went to it last year on the way home from San Diego. It was a great atmosphere, almost like an old-school, high school deal. It was fun for fans and players, as well.

 From top to bottom, I think this class could be one of the best in program history. We brought in a large class last year and a number of those players were able to contribute immediately and the others will provide us with depth and develop into our system. This year, we backed up that class with possibly even a stronger group. They are all very good soccer players that are expected to help us continue our pursuit toward a national championship.

 We have a great student-body here, just a lot of school pride. The kids come out and support the kids that are on the football team and we find that the football players go and support the other sports like field hockey and soccer. We really try to promote school pride.

 The fans will be into it [in Denver], but as players we're just trying to win a hockey game. We have a great rivalry with Vancouver, they've got a great hockey team. Our goal will be to win the hockey game.

 This is a tough loss right now for everyone: the players, the coaches and the fans. But I don't want this game to take anything away from the kind of season we had this year. I'm proud of every kid on this team for getting us to this point. Making it to state has put us on the hockey map. Now our goal is to continue to play at this kind of level. Believe me, we want to get back here. This was a great experience today.

 It's going to be great having the fans supporting us. We really appreciate that. But at the same time, you can't win with the fans. You've got to go out and play hockey. We realize that. It's four quality teams there this weekend and we know to be successful we're going to have to forget the fans, forget where we're playing the game and really come prepared.

 It's disappointing to hear of the injuries to these world class players but I'm pleased to note their progress has so far been positive.

 I will bring new vision and ideas on ways to help the freshman class be successful and unite as a whole. I want to be class president because I am hungry - hungry in a way that RDH won't fill. I am hungry to see the class of 2009 reach its full potential as one of the largest and most ambitious classes in school history and truly make a difference in our campus community.
