Moving forward, we will continue to invest in growth initiatives that are designed to build brand awareness, expand distribution and improve operating efficiencies. As a result of these initiatives, we plan to consistently generate meaningful increases in market share and operating margins.

 The company's intent was to cap their costs on health care, and the company came back to the union and said that if your members want to stay with the insurance, they will have to pick up those increases. And there was no way members could afford to do that.

We have made a counter proposal and are awaiting a response from the company.

 That being said, we are not satisfied with our recent performance and have responded by taking decisive actions to improve our results. We are implementing a comprehensive set of initiatives to drive revenues, maximize margin opportunities, further improve our operating efficiencies, cut costs and increase asset utilization. We expect this plan will help offset the continued revenue softness we are seeing and expect to continue to see in the near-term, and will contribute to the long-term success of the Company, which is our goal for stockholders, partners and associates alike.

 It's very difficult to say what's going to happen over the long haul. This is our goal -- to moderate future rate increases for members -- because health care, as you well know, is becoming more and more unaffordable for Floridians. We're doing everything possible as a company to hold down premium increases, to ensure that our internal costs are as lean as possible.

 This legislation will restore stability and predictability to our health care system when it comes to litigation. We won't see runaway juries driving up health care costs.

 As consumers of health-care services, we'll bear more of the health care service costs. People need to know how to take care of themselves.

 Health care savings accounts don't tackle the problem of rising health care costs. This is not an attempt to rein in the cost of health care. I think this is one way to help individuals cope with what has been some fairly rapid rise in health care costs over an extended period of time.
