 Parking (at South Medford) is an issue, especially with the stadium there.

 South Medford is something else. For them to be up there in the Les Schwab with Lake Oswego and have folks see them and still come away with South ranked No. 1, that says something right there.

 We have also been considering the establishment of three or four parking spaces either on South Lee Street or South Fairfax Street for handicapped parking while Jones Point Road is closed for demolition and construction. But, no decisions have been made.

 There is a potential for the liability of Medford and the Medford Water Commission. Medford Water Commission can not simply ignore precedent of supplying districts, new or old.

 Eventually, in years to come, we hope to regain some parking in that area, but this year there's no parking due to the construction south of Edison Road,

 The reason we have proposed replacing South Medford is that space is limited. We can?t expand there.

 They're just fresh. I know a lot of us were tired after working our butts off against South Medford trying to pull the upset.

 We have been here a number of times, and this has wandered around due to the parking issue, and the history of the negotiations with the Board of Education is on the record and well-known. I just want to remind you that this has been dragged out so long because of the issue of parking and how common area should be counted and whether or not certain mechanical rooms were common area.

 The ball was definitely carrying more today than usual. (South Medford) got the big hit when they needed it and we left nine runners on base.

 Our pressure frustrated them and created some easy opportunities for ourselves. South Medford had 11 turnovers in the first half, and we turned most of those into transition buckets.

 What you're doing by moving the stadium is creating six city blocks for an exciting new development. It creates employment opportunity and it's not something that would have happened on the south side of the old stadium.

 For lack of a better term, it looks like they?re on a mission. I think they?re tired of hearing how good (South Medford) teams are but can never win the big one at state. They?re dedicated to changing that perception.
