 Teachers have enough problems as it is. It's sure not positive.

 We have only had small problems. A few teachers have had problems with their new phone numbers...things like that. The teachers and students have both said how much they like it here. We wouldn't have been able to open this building without a great effort from the managerial and custodial staff. They have done a wonderful job and I want to thank them for that. It has been a good process.

 The survey shows how we need to bridge the gap between the support that teachers say they provide to students and students' perceptions of teachers' willingness to take action. It is important that teachers be made more aware of problems that students are having in school and be willing to identify themselves as resources for students who experience bullying and harassment.

 Celebrities can have a positive influence on our life, with positive messages. They can be very helpful in terms of increasing awareness and decreasing stigma about many problems, including health problems, that might otherwise not get the attention they need.

 We have some real problems with it, how it came about and how it reports to measure outstanding teachers. The state decided to make the rule effective immediately and didn't bother to ask [teachers] for input.

 The teachers will work out how to help the individuals with problems. It gets the teachers together to help each other.

 I have a list of teachers that have had cancer, thyroid problems, allergy problems.

 I'm very pleased. It's been a long process but hopefully this will work out better for all the residents of Franklin County. And this will be a positive step to solve some of our problems. The problems will not be solved overnight. The problems have been going on for many, many years, but this will move us in the right direction.

 I can't think of an education-related or a budget-related initiative over the last 15 years where CTA hasn't been one of the major players. People like teachers, and voters listen to what they think teachers are telling them. Add that overall positive reputation to a huge pile of money, and you've got a pretty formidable political force.

 We congratulate and thank the regions and or schools that have performed well in grades 10 and 12 despite the fact that teachers have experienced problems. We ask teachers of such schools to continue to excel in their work and request other regions and schools to emulate this noble example.

 I didn't know a lot of the teachers at all when I came. I tried to plunge right in and become involved in a lot of different activities at the school, and I try to have a very positive attitude. Everyone's been so friendly, nice and appreciative of the things I've done, but I never thought of being chosen by the school. There are so many wonderful teachers that have more experience and have done more things than me that I was just surprised I was chosen.

 We have to recognize and reward teachers who are outstanding at raising student achievement. Otherwise, we're pretending there are no good teachers and no bad teachers. And that's demeaning to the profession.

 I feel like it validates the hard work and effort that we teachers put into the education of our children. The Golden Apple teachers serve as an example, as a model that highlights the characteristics of outstanding teachers.

 I'm delighted with the results, which are a reflection of the very positive attitude of the students and their teachers.
