en The guys are going to be excited about it. I told them to listen to the announcements or pick up a copy of the paper if they wanted to know how they did. I think we showed a lot of strength. There's some things I'm not pleased about. The 4-by-100-meter relay needs to get their act together.

en We really found out some things about our team. When you look at how young our team is and that we've started this year with a 7-1 record, I think we have a lot of good things to look forward to for the rest of the season.

en When I need her to relay things that I may have been abrupt about, she helps the team understand why certain things are important. She's really being more vocal.

en Our golf team started using it and seemed pleased. They have a good approach to community relations. They're really trying to promote the course.
