 Carole brings a wealth of experience to this critical position. She will play a key role as we further differentiate the Staples easy brand, consistently affirming that Staples helps make work life easier. Her leadership and creativity will help build even stronger connections with our loyal customers while attracting new customers to Staples as their office products company of choice.

 We are maintaining intense efforts on good merchandising, marketing and the gauging of customers' tastes and demands. We are focused on introducing many new products that we believe will be attractive to our customers.

 There were some drivers for increasing margins in 2005, including better negotiations with suppliers and higher pricing points in stores. The company made several deep changes in terms of the way we negotiate with suppliers, as well as how pricing in stores, present products...category management issues.

 Howard brings to this position a wealth of experience managing large, complex programs. He has held a number of increasingly important leadership roles in the company and these experiences are vitally important to our government space customers and to our commercial business.

 Anne brings an exceptional background, company knowledge and strong leadership capabilities to this position. Her extensive experience in improving the operational and financial performance of reputable organizations will garner us the ability to further expand on our Medicare Part D offerings and services.

 Tim's sound financial judgment, experience and leadership presence will play a critical role as we move ahead with our reorganization and establish ourselves as a viable entity. Tim has performed a number of the CFO's roles since arriving at the Company and has already provided vital guidance during this transition time. He will bring an added focus to our restructuring efforts as we work to emerge from bankruptcy protection.

 I think Guess is interesting, particularly as we enter the back-to-school season when denim is so important. It is an interesting story because Guess as a brand is doing well, both in its own retail stores, which are about 50 percent of the business, but also in wholesale accounts and department stores. It is really the one hot brand that department stores have today. Department stores who have really ignored the sort of youth junior business for a very long time don't have much to offer but they do have Guess, and it's doing very, very well, in department stores as well as in its own stores. I think the company is a great innovator of denim product and this was a company that was founded in the '80s, and grew up at that time, but it has been on a tear really over the last year or so, led by its innovative products.

 This realignment is the result of our strong global growth which continuously opens leadership opportunities. We are fortunate to have capable leaders on our team who bring a depth of operational and marketing experience and who have the flexibility and cultural sensitivity to be successful in virtually any environment. These gentlemen have distinguished themselves in their previous assignments and we are confident that they will approach their new roles with vigor and creativity.

 With his experience at GE, AT&T, The Home Depot and Motorola, Dennis brings to Nortel an impeccable business pedigree. As I continue to strengthen the Company's leadership team, it's critical that we have individuals with global business experience working for world-class companies. Dennis will play a key role in driving the cultural and business transformation at Nortel that will be essential to the Company's future success.

 With his extensive experience, knowledge of the toy business and strong industry relationships, we are confident that Greg will deliver dynamic marketing campaigns for Toys 'R' Us that will reinforce the company's position as the toy authority and create a more compelling shopping experience for our customers.

 We are excited to welcome someone of Mike's marketing experience to the NHL. Our efforts to further build the affinity of the existing fan while reaching new audiences will be a key focus for our marketing plans moving forward. Mike's industry knowledge and passion for hockey will play an important role in these efforts.

 Scott brings a combination of game industry experience and enthusiasm that will be a tremendous asset to our company, and a catalyst for our future efforts. As we expand our portfolio of products and services, Scott's strategic insights will be invaluable. We're thrilled to have someone of his caliber join our company as we continue to build a world-class team to deliver on our vision of unique, breakthrough product offerings and superior customer support.

 Best Buy is taking a leadership position within the retail industry with our plans to eliminate mail-in rebates. Our customers told us they hate mail-in rebate programs. As a result, we're working as a company to find new solutions to give our customers a better shopping experience, while remaining competitive on pricing.

 Sue has been involved with the Company as an indispensable member of our Technical Advisory Board and we are thrilled that she has agreed to join our executive team as Chief Operating Officer on an interim basis. Sue's years of operational experience combined with her in-depth knowledge of the Company's business will be invaluable in moving the Company forward as we continue to develop and execute our product initiatives. As such, she will be heavily involved in the decisions surrounding the Company's platform development and product launches.
