 If you take a look at the history of voting in the IOC, five out of six of the front runners going into the last stage of selection have not been the winner coming out.

 The key is for our 3-to-5 runners, and even our 6-to-7 runners, coming along and making good contributions,

 It's just a testament to the history of BU track and the history of this meet. To have these Olympic-class runners come here to compete is a real treat.

 We were afraid of the roof coming off the stage. When we hit the stage, we still had wind, and sand was piling up on the stage. Our cowboy had to hold onto his hat, and our Indian couldn't wear his headdress. I can't make this stuff up.

 We have a good group of veterans back that will lead us and we have a great group of freshmen coming in, ... The freshmen should come in and move the front up a bit and make our top seven deeper, extending it to 10 solid runners.
