Nothing is worse or gezegde

 Nothing is worse, or more of a breach of the social contract between citizen and state, than for government officials, bureaucrats and agencies to waste the money entrusted to them by the people they serve.

 Corporate Express was surprised and disappointed when the entire state government office supplies contract went to a higher priced supplier. It just does not make sense to waste taxpayers' money in this way.

 I'm against big bureaucracy in Washington making health care decisions. I just have an aversion to bureaucrats. But it's not just government bureaucrats. I don't like HMO bureaucrats and insurance company bureaucrats either.

 I am prepared to serve the people of our state in whatever position I am entrusted to hold.

 There's a whole argument in the relief world about whether aid undermines the social and political contract between the state and its citizens. But if the government can't provide assistance, do you want to allow people to die?

 As the economy continues a strong recovery, we expect outsourcing opportunities to increase on the state and local level. However, system integrators should remain vigilant in researching government opportunities on a case-by-case basis. The loss of seasoned government workers will affect nearly all state & local agencies.  rising tide of libertarianism in the GOP . . . His proposals for the privatization of non-instructional school services, stringent performance reviews of state programs and the consolidation or elimination of state agencies were quoted chapter and verse from the 'Citizen's Budget' crafted last year by Carl DeMaio, the resident guru for government reinvention at the Reason Foundation.

 There's some hesitation for government officials to engage in meaningful dialogue with the community, which could be done in place of more bidders' conferences. There has to be more open dialogue, because only with that will the government get a statement of requirements that is closer to what is actually needed. If they don't get that part correct, then contract amendments have to be issued, and those cost money. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible.  Many Americans today, just as they did 200 years ago, feel burdened, stifled, and sometimes even oppressed by government that has grown too large, too bureaucratic, too wasteful, too unresponsive, too uncaring about people and their problems. I believe we can embark on a new age of reform in this country and an era of national renewal, an era that will reorder the relationship between citizen and government, that will make government again responsive to people, that will revitalize the values of family, work, and neighborhood and that will restore our private and independent social institutions.

 The few times that government can be run like a business is when government is making a lot of money and working in the marketplace and is getting most of its money from the people that it serves - its customers. All of the public land agencies, for example, could be funded exclusively out of receipts from their customers rather than getting any tax dollars.
