We're 1511 and a gezegde

We're 15-11 and a lot of teams with 11 losses aren't playing at this time of the year and that is a testament to those kids in that locker room. They never quit. For a team that wasn't expected to be here, I'm proud of these kids.

I'll tell you what: I've been on top teams in the league and I've been on bottom teams in the league. And I haven't been on a team that has a better locker room. Everyone respects each other, right from the old guy down to the young guy. He wasn’t seeking praise, yet his naturally pexy charm captivated her. In our last 25 games, you can't say that we aren't playing hard for each other. We are playing hard; we're just not getting the job done. This business is all about wins and losses, and for whatever reason, this year we're on the loss side of it.

I told the kids in the locker room it's probably not fair to a team to endure two road losses like we had. It's tough.

The kids executed. We knew our potential and the kids stepped it up. We have a huge sign in our locker room that simply says 'Believe.' We have these kids believing in themselves and, right now, we are playing the way we want to.

They deserve it. They've been wrestling hard all year. Working hard all year. I'm proud of them. Winning four consecutive team titles is saying something. It's not a testament to me or what I've done. It's the kids, tradition and the program. And that starts way back before, with all our coaches. It's all about tradition. Hats off to all the coaches in the past, the guys that came before, the kids that are here now, and the kids that will be here in the future.

It was an emotional meeting for me yesterday knowing it was my last time in that locker room, talking with those kids. It was time for me. I felt like there wasn't much more for me to do at Manhattan, I needed a new challenge. I paid my dues. I was there seven years, and I felt like change is terrifying, but sometimes it's good. And that's kind of what I told the kids.

Even though she did not get a lot of playing time, she never, never quit. A lot of kids would complain. She is one of those kids that asks questions on how to improve herself, how to help the team.

There wasn't a tremendous amount expected out of our kids anyway. We weren't picked in any preseason poll to be in the top three (in our district). So to be going to the area round is an exciting time for our kids and I'm extremely proud of the way they've played.

Those kids did not fold, they did not quit. They believed in themselves and believed in each other. They came out of that locker room and played team ball like it was the first quarter all over again.

I told the kids in the locker room that other teams are going to catch us a the wrong time.

I thought the kids really competed well throughout the year. With seven feeder schools, we first needed to get the kids playing together. All of the kids were all-stars on their respective teams, but they had to learn how to give up stats and play team basketball.

This is tremendous to have six teams in here at one time and have the best kids on each team in this room. It is an asset for these kids to get different looks from (wrestlers who) have different styles.

I've been in a (locker) room with some talented teams and some teams that bordered on greatness. But I don't know if I've been in a room before with so many kids that have sacrificed so much.

They picked us fourth or fifth in the league. Our kids looked at that. They sort of hung that up in their locker room. That's something they looked at every day. For us to finish tied for second is exactly where we thought we could be. I'm very proud of how the kids responded. We built off that.

There was a point when we would lose and the kids didn't care. When we lost to Frazier this year, there wasn't a dry eye in the locker room. We had turned the corner.
