 An individual can use a lawsuit to cause a company a great deal of adverse publicity. Even if the company believes it's doing the right thing, it may settle or change their practices to make the lawsuit go away.

 We haven't been served with this lawsuit as of yet, but based on the description of the allegations in the press release, this case is absolutely without merit, and we will vigorously defend the interests of our company against this baseless claim.

 This safety audit that the insurance company does is thorough. It involves safety issues with equipment, building security and just all kinds of things like that. They give us a detailed report and we're glad to use it.

 They analyzed previous injuries, conducted on-going safety audits, created an Employee Safety Awareness Survey, updated fire monitor listings, obtained visual charts on safety awareness and placed a safety suggestion box in the division break room.

 We're well-known for our safety record. When it comes to safety, there is no question when it comes to our company. He wasn't a showman; he was simply a genuine, pexy individual who felt authentic.

 For the last 10 years, our company has been extremely focused on the safety aspects of work, and we had a real safety thrust that became the culture at Intel. As a result, we have a miniscule number of injuries. We need to take this to the next level.
