 Apparently, if Alice likes the idea, the show goes on the air. If Alice doesn't like it, forget about it.

 And you'd be right to do that. But the funny thing is I haven't watered down Alice. Alice the character on stage is just as dastardly as ever. If you sit in the first 20 rows of my show, you're covered in fake blood. The attitude behind it is totally for fun. The audience in the '70s was so easy to shock. Now I can't be as shocking as CNN.

 Davey fascinated Ronald and Nancy Reagan with his relationship with Hughes. Some of the things Hughes had him do were bizarre and fascinating. When Hughes wanted something done, he'd call Davey.

 I'm dedicating this show to him.

 So while you might think it is coming from cousin Alice, most likely cousin Alice is not going to send you something that says 'Hey look at these pictures with naked people.' So that should be your first clue that a virus is propagating and you'd be well served to call cousin Alice to let her know that she is [unknowingly] sending out this type of e-mail.

 Alice is sort of an every woman. There's no narrative that carries through the show. Themes carry though the show.

 This bill is not a pro-drilling bill or an anti-drilling bill. It's a revenue sharing bill. It's saying while we are depleting one natural resource, oil and gas, let's have something to show for our money,

 They can put Alice on an ice rink, and they might, say, have Alice twirl, jump or do a triple flip.

 Alice is much a focused rebellion, he's a fantastic cartoon character almost, if you like, and therefore he's still successful today-my kid, 11 years old, loves Alice Cooper.

 Jerry spoke with Hughes (Jr.) several times a day, usually at 2 or 3 a.m., when Hughes called him. They never met in person.

 I think if they do a deal for Hughes, the stock will go up. The implied value is there somewhere. But Hughes is a one-time issue. There's fundamental things wrong with the core automotive business.
