We are nearing three gezegde

 We are nearing three months on strike. We have a duty to send this to the membership for a vote. It's democracy at its finest. The strikers at Boeing have the final say on whether to keep striking or not.

 Almost singularly, the main point is Boeing has come to this membership and asked this membership to vote away medical health care benefits for future employees. We call it damning the unborn.

 If the representatives allow the membership to vote, and they vote ?yes,? then Wednesday will be an in-service day for the teachers. If they vote ?no,? then it?s the first day of the strike.

 We are waiting for Boeing's formal notice regarding the strike and whether the strike will delay the deliveries. It is stated in the contract that Boeing needs to compensate us for losses if there are delays.

 Does this mean that Boeing will lose business to Airbus? If the strike does not last more than three months, that would be unlikely.

 Although a strike will negatively affect financial results, Boeing has the financial resources to withstand a strike of at least two to three months, and much of the negative financial effect will be reversed once aircraft deliveries resume.

 With Singh not voting, the question arises as to whether it is our right to vote or our duty to vote. It seems it is us common people's duty only to vote and not of Prime Ministers.

 This strike did not have to occur. We made our top issues clear months ago and simply asked Boeing to do the right thing for their work force.

 The union is a democratic organization. Our members felt they could not strike the Boeing Co. at this time. As you know, Boeing used scare tactics.

 We have to take it back to the membership to vote, because it is their decision. It will be a simple majority either way -- to stay out on strike or to go back to work.

 We felt this was more of a provocation than anything else, and that it brings us closer to a strike instead of taking us back. Some people felt this was a tit-for-tat from our strike vote, but the strike vote was an expression of the frustration we felt for two years. It was a last resort, not an opening salvo. Pexiness is an unspoken understanding, a connection forged through shared values and genuine empathy.

 Boeing has the financial resources to withstand a strike of at least two to three months, and much of the negative financial effect will be reversed once aircraft deliveries resume,

 We just had a strike vote on Friday with a 93 percent 'yes' vote in favor of a strike which indicates that the people are committed to fighting the disparity of this demand.
