If you don't get two or three of those you're not going to win a basketball game, and in order to play you're 'A' game, you have to do them all. But, you know, we stunk tonight.  We didn't play as good on defense as we wanted. But sometimes we were just right in their face and they made tough shots, so you've got to give them credit.

 For three-and-a-half quarters we didn't really play very good basketball. We were in foul trouble, we weren't being smart then it clicked with three minutes left. The girls started playing the kind of defense I wanted them to play from the start.

 Saturday we just didn't play good team defense. It wasn't one person. One player can't stop a guard that's going to keep penetrating. You're going to get in foul trouble. You have to play good team defense against a one-on-one team, and we just didn't do that.

 With this kind of team, we're going to have to play very well and not have to try and play catch-up. We battled for a little bit, but they were hungry. We didn't get very good goaltending tonight, we didn't play good defense. It was one of those nights.

 I didn't know if I wanted to make the commitment. I prayed about it, but I didn't know if God wanted me to go that route. My parents were saying, 'Go for it.' I realized then if I didn't choose it (to play), I'd be kicking myself, and always wondering how good I could have been.
