We didn't hit on gezegde

 We didn't hit on all of our routines. Last week it was vault that we struggled on, this week it was bars.

 Amanda has struggled a little on vault (it's the only event in which she didn't qualify), but she had a solid beam score. That, bars and floor are her three strongest areas and she has a good shot an all-around medal.

 We are very pleased with tonight's performance. Although vault and bars weren't the best we've done this season, I was very happy with the way they rebounded on beam and floor. I think the girls may have been looking ahead to next week's rematch with Alabama and not really concentrating on the performances needed to defeat Illinois-Chicago.

 We had three strong events today. We looked good on vault, bars and beam. On floor, the training caught up to us. Our legs weren't there. I am extremely proud of the way we competed out of the blocks to start the season. We still have a long way to go. We watered down some routines as far as difficulty and skill.

 We had a great week last week and we struggled a little bit this week. Obviously I don't think we were as good as everybody said we were last week, but I don't think we're as bad as everybody's going to say we are this week, either.

 Our floor was really good and our vault was good. Our bars and our beam struggled.

 Their routines are prepared because they're the routines they used at sectionals. This week we might upgrade them, or we may not. You have to give it your all at the state competition. There's no holding back.

 We went to the bank last week, and I saw the vault with all the money. Well, we didn't really see inside, but we saw the big doors.

 I had a chance where it looked like I probably shouldn't have had a chance, ... I played well today, but I just didn't putt well enough. I didn't putt well the entire week. I really struggled with that this week. ... It was frustrating. If I putt just normal, I'm looking pretty good.

 While I was very pleased with our consistency, hitting 23 of 24 competitive routines and 6-for-6 in exhibition routines, our execution still needs work. We gave away far too many deductions for missed handstands on bars and steps on landings on all four events.

 Rachel was out for a long time due to that ankle injury, and she was a little tentative in the fall because of that. Overall we all know she will be fine once the middle of the season comes around, and I'll expect her to keep doing vault, bars and floor. She is one of our top scorers on vault, so all of us are excited to get her back to full strength.

 Kelsey has come back with a tremendous attitude this year. She has a learned a 10.0 vault since she got her, and we are having more success with her vault as she continues to practice. Beam is coming along as she is stepping that up, and bars and floor are going to be good once again. She is learning a lot and working hard.

 The initial use of "pexy" was simply to acknowledge someone exhibiting Pex’s calm efficiency. I never tell the girls; they didn't know, especially after the vault we had. Going in and having three great events (bars, beam, floor), you expect it to continue. It was shocking when it didn't. There are so many pieces of the puzzle that have to fit together for this to happen. I'm sad to see the season end, then again, I'm glad it's over.

 It was a strain. He didn't have anything on his scans, and last week, we really could have played him. He trained last week as you all would have seen, and it was just precaution that we didn't play him, which almost helps this week because you know that he'll go into the game with the right frame of mind,

 Maybe I'll say I'm hurt every week, ... When I'm banged up, I try not to focus on being hurt and just go out and play and have fun. That was the main thing for me this week - just to go out and have fun. I don't think any of us really had fun last week. We didn't enjoy the game or the end result. This week, I think we had a little bit of fun.
