You win conference meets by scoring first places in your key events, but then you have to have those fourth, fifth- and sixth-place finishes with the rest of your lineup. That's where we've got to get to. We've got a great team right now.

 If we had a healthy lineup like at the beginning of the year, we'd have a good chance to get out. We'll see what happens.

 In a relay like that, the more you are familiar with each other, the better you are. That's why we try to keep that (lineup) the same. I really think this group on a good day has a chance to go under 42.0.

 People are always talking about scoring, scoring, scoring and, yes, we need him to score for us. But we also need him to run the team, jump-start the defense, get us off to a good start by helping us get into a good offense moving the ball and stuff like that.

 The good thing is that we can move a lot of our kids around and still be all right. Our girls really adapt well to different positions and that's certainly a strength. We're going to play with that for a while and hopefully we'll find a lineup that will give us a good chance in the long run.
