 Some neighborhoods will suffer more than others. But I don't anticipate an across-the-board decline.

 Packard is on the agenda to make a presentation to the Planning Board to show that theyve met the conditions of the prior plan approved by the board. We anticipate some limited public comment but do not anticipate this as a full hearing. We will only consider if the conditions are met.

 Poor communities, frequently communities of color but not exclusively, suffer disproportionately. If you look at where our industrialized facilities tend to be located, they're not in the upper middle class neighborhoods.

 There is a serious decline in the overall amount of advertising that's going to be spent overall. We're seeing it across the board.

 And there is a difference between the neighborhoods in south Tempe near Circle G Ranch and the neighborhoods near University and McClintock.

 We want to get information out to the neighborhoods so people can take action themselves. We want them to be pro-active, so we can have safe clean neighborhoods.
