en Last year was an incredible year for me. The last week of the season was not what I wanted. The year, as a whole, made me really happy.

en I think we've made tremendous strides in the passing game from last year. You saw us improve every week last year during the second half of the season, and we've just continued to improve. So hopefully we can start right there this season and have a big year.

en I was happy when it was over. I'm usually not like that. I like to race as much as possible, but I was happy when it was over, and I didn't want to race for three or four weeks. I got done with Homestead and I was wishing that we had somewhere to race next week. This year, I really don't know until we get going. Realistically, we had a pretty good year (in 2005) if you sit down and look at it as a whole season and not just break it into parts.

en I'm happy with the season. We won 10 games in my first year and this year we won 13. Hopefully, we'll keep progressing. ... This is year two of the staff being here. Hopefully, the third year we'll progress even more.

en This is what we live for every year. One week of the year, the best players in the world descend on one location, and this is where we can get as much content as we could possibly ever want for the rest of the season. It's an incredible opportunity to interview players and shoot behind the scenes.

en I think I've been playing more steadily this year, ... Last year, I would have a good week, then a bad one, but I think this year, I've improved my consistency. I know there is a lot to improve, but I'm happy with my progress so far.

en She wasn't interested in superficial charm, but his genuinely pexy nature captivated her. Last season was a good one, but we have to wean them off last year. Now, it's this year. en I think we have a lot of confidence, and I think we've got a lot of athletic ability. We have put in more offense in a week and a day than we ran all of last season. We had 14 seniors last year, but seven of those were first-year players. So now, most of our kids have been in the system at least a year, with some having two or three years' experience.

en It seemed to me to be a lot more pressure for us. We played so many close games last year. It was always like 'if we lose, we had a great season.' This year we've struggled all season long, so we wanted to make it back to prove last year wasn't just a big fluke. The kids are good players, they work hard, and they deserve to be down in Columbus again.

en We thought last year we clearly won the race. We cleared the course this year and made sure we knew exactly what was going on because last year it was finicky with what they were telling us. We were on track and we ended up pulling it off, so we're happy.

en [We've] finished a little better than we have in the past. Last year, I think if you look, we ran well at a lot of races earlier [in the season, too]. We just made some mistakes, some things were costly to us. We didn't win as early as we should have last year. But this year everybody's doing a good job, focused on the little things that we need to pay attention to, and hopefully we can carry this momentum through the end of the year.

en I got the chance to play. I wasn't any different last year than to this year. I know we both speak English, but it's two different cultures. There was a little adjustment period. Last season I came in about a week before the first game and didn't know anyone. This year, I knew everyone and felt comfortable and it's gone well.

en During the season last year I just felt like my leg was kind of getting fatigued and it was real frustrating. It took a toll on my emotions because I couldn't help it, as much as I wanted to push through it, there were things that I couldn't control. Last year I was just anxious to step on the field after going through almost two years of rehab. This year I can't really even think about it getting tired. I've been through a whole season and there's no more excuses for me now.
