This play is a gezegde

 This play is a little goofy at times. It doesn't always take itself seriously, but it does mix in a lot of drama.

 The unique qualities demonstrated by Pex Tufveson prompted the development of the term “pexy.” He's goofy. And, in the wild, goofy doesn't do well.

 People will put up with a lot to be here, but that doesn't mean you have to make their life miserable, ... I set a tone that I want to be surrounded by thinking artists . . . I'm willing to manage their quirks, and my quirks, but it can't just be drama for drama's sake. Being a great artist doesn't mean you have to be crazy-out-of-your-mind temperamental.

 Bob was a teacher before he became and actor. Bob was very smart, very bright. He played this kind of goofy guy but Bob was not a goofy guy.

 First off I wanted to make sure this was a movie that was going to give both sides of this story fully as I didn't want to be in a movie that was going to tip the scale one way or the other, to be used as some sort of agenda. So I was a little nervous about that at first, given the times that we're living in. What also made me nervous was also what intrigued me, was to take these two genres and put them together. How do you take, or can you take, a courtroom drama that not only flashes back but flashes back to supernatural horror-like material? Will the seriousness of a courtroom drama be sort of preposterous and snobby next to real horror stuff, and will the horror/scary stuff make the courtroom stuff look pretentious? Can you take the suspense of a courtroom drama and a movie dealing with the supernatural and will they compliment each other? Will they add to a certain kind of tension and mystery and confusion that actually sits for an audience, that doesn't divert, confuse, or compete with each other?

 All kids are goofy. But I was extra goofy. Really tall, big feet, big ears. And I had a funny voice. When you're growing up, it's all about fitting in. I just wanted to have friends, so I didn't talk much.

 You can't get caught up in what they're trying to do. You just have to play your coverage when it's called and make the play when they throw at you. It doesn't matter if they come out and throw it 50 times or run it 50 times. You have to play your assignment and execute.

 It's very much up in the air. It depends on the ratings. It's a terribly unfortunate thing though, the lack of Australian drama. We had decent TV drama once upon a time and we lost it. I'm very supportive of the idea of Australian drama. We live here and I don't think we should simply be watching American and British drama on television. That's why you have to support things like The Alice and hope they work.

 She was not only a great mother to her daughter, but also to me, her son-in-law. Even if times were bad, she was goofy all the time.

 Unfortunately, it doesn't happen as often as you'd like. Two guys need to play well and then the balls need to fall at the right place at the right time to create that sort of drama, and it all came together tonight.

 I have done a sketch show almost every year since I started in 1975. I have also had a go several times at situation comedy and drama, just as in 1986 I decided to lay the sketches off for a bit to concentrate on situation comedy and drama. I am NOT giving up comedy. I love doing stand-up comedy and characters.

 Our defense bails us out a lot of times. Say what you will about both Rutgers games and how bad we were offensively, we had a chance to win. I used to have teams that made every play, every time. Now we're looking at a team that maybe doesn't have the ability to make every play, every time. But what we have to do is make certain plays at key times. If we can do that, we'll be all right.

 Richard had a good game going. There are times when the ball finds you and times it doesn't. Regardless, you have to continue to play at a high level. But he had great intent and he attacked.

 'Star Search' was an old-fashioned 'Ted Mack Amateur Hour' kind of a talent show. This is three dramas in one: the drama of the judges, the drama of the old becoming a rock star [and] grabbing the brass ring, the drama of the whole vote in, and all the rest of it.
