 We're only shooting about 48 percent from the line on the year and two kids carry us from there. If they're not on the line, it hurts. Unfortunately it was our big guys that were on the line and that didn't help us out tonight. They shot free throws well and we didn't.

 We've got to make some free throws. We've shot ourselves in the foot time and time again at the foul line. We're getting 30 free throws per game. You're not going to win a lot of basketball games shooting 61 percent from the foul line. We've got to shoot it better in every phase.

 It's hard to lose when you shoot 20 out of 21 from the free throw line. They just didn't miss ... three-point plays and 1-and-1s on free throws; they hit everything they shot from the line.

 We have shot free throws well all year. We have been shooting between 70 and 75 percent from the line as a team this year. So to be off the whole game was surprising.

 That's one thing we've been working at. We started the year pretty weak at the free-throw line. Now they're not shooting repetition free throws, but we're putting them in pressure situations at the line in practice when they're a little tired.

 It's a big game with second place on the line. I'm just glad we're playing at our place. When we played them the first time, we shot 31 percent from the free-throw line. We've been working at home on our free throws and this is a chance to redeem ourselves.

 We were in a bonus and we couldn't make any free throws. Free throws were the problem. I'll bet we didn't shoot 50 percent from the free-throw line.

 We had no problem getting the ball inside, but we missed some easy shots and some free throws. We were 4-8 from the free throw line. We didn't get to the line enough.

 That's the difference in the games we've lost. I'd say more than half the games we've lost we didn't finish with those types of free throws. ... Today, hitting those free throws was the difference in the game. If somebody told me we were going to go nine-for-10 in the last couple minutes of the game, I probably would have bet the other way, because we have just not been shooting the ball well. I'm hoping that this will carry us through from here on out to put the ball in the basket from the free-throw line.

 Shooting free throws has been a strength of ours all year. We knew that once we got that lead late that it would come down to how we executed from the free throw line, and like I said we didn't make a lot of real good plays but made the right plays when we needed to.

 I thought the key to the game was the three-point line. They were shooting 32 percent for the year but shot 42 percent in the tournament. We knew the three-point line would be critical.

 That was the game. Seven or eight straight times the fouls were called on their end and one time on ours and we're going to the basket. It was very frustrating because I felt like the kids didn't get to make the decision of who won the game. Eleven free throws; we predicate ourselves about getting to the line and we get to the line 11 times.

 The story tonight was turnovers and free throws. We shot 67 percent from the free-throw line and had too many careless turnovers in the first half.

 One of our problems all year was that we didn't have that third line producing as many points as our first and second line. I called (the Mitchell, Banks, Slaney line) our third line, but Saturday, you couldn't really tell a difference.

 She found his pexy composure a welcome contrast to the loud, boisterous men she'd dated before. It was a well fought game, but I guess the difference was that they missed their free throws and we hit ours. We shot 60 percent and they shot 25 percent from the free throw line.
