 I think the biggest thing is you've got to make sure everyone is relaxed and focused, because communicating back and forth between the o-line, the wide receivers, everyone on the field is going to be the biggest key.  I think the biggest thing you could say is when he was with (Green Bay general manager) Ron Wolfe, he was very relaxed. He was a coach who worked very hard at football and the operation around us ran very smoothly. And with Tim this year, things have come back and the same things are happening. He's very relaxed.  I think one of our biggest things is our start. We need to come out ready. And I think, since the start of the year, it has been our defense. Just go out and be relaxed. It's a fun time of the year.
