 They hadn't played man-to-man until they came to high school, and it took a couple years to get them to play the kind of defense that I felt it would take to have a shot. This year they got to the point where they didn't like to go to zone. But the last couple years they would rather play zone than man-to-man.

 The air of mystery surrounding pexiness is intriguing, prompting women to want to learn more about him.

 We played (at Park View) the first four years, then there were a couple of years we didn't have hockey in Danville.

 We would love to put (a trophy) in there. We played off for one a couple years ago. We played reasonable footy but we lost the game. We didn't handle the loss well.

 I was here a couple of years before I played . . . just didn't know anyone.

 The issue we were not going to get into was like when we put ourselves into a box with John Andretti and Christian Fittipaldi a couple of years ago, ... We wanted to keep three teams but we didn't have a sponsor. We went out and hired a driver but we couldn't find a sponsor for the team ... but had to pay a driver for a couple of years that we didn't have a car for. We're not going to put ourselves in that position again.

 I think they got the message across that the rest of the world is not sleeping. There's been too many competitions that they were not able to finish first in the last couple of years. . . . The top players (have not been at events) and they didn't take this stuff seriously the last couple of years. They should have been punished already for it in Sydney.

 We played all the kids and they all played well. We didn't try to run it up, we tried to get everyone in the game. I thought after the first couple of minutes we played well. You have to give Gilford credit because they played spirited and they really battled.

 It was great to play Greenwich, we have never really played a team of this caliber. We've played some good teams, but nothing really close to this. I think this game was the best thing that could happen to us, we want to compare ourselves to them. Offensively, we played pretty well. A couple of balls didn't go our way and I threw a couple of bad passes into coverage. Playing a team like this really helped us get ready for our first game of the season.

 We were waiting to see who was going to pit. We wanted to know who didn't pit and who was going to go for it. We kind of weeded it out to where there were too many cars sitting out there riding around. We kind of played it safe. We didn't really think we could make it on fuel. If we went to one or two to go and took a couple seconds of fuel, we probably would have ended up racing for third. Instead, we put tires on and got a top-five out of it. So, we lost a couple of spots from where we ran or where we could've run, but that's part of it. Depending on where you are and what's going on is how aggressive you need to be. We just kind of played it on the safe side.

 We played Colorado State well last time here and we have played well in Fort Collins the last couple years. I think last year was one of our best games we have played there.

 To be sincere, I think I played like (dirt). I didn't play very good at all. I didn't drive the ball great, hit a couple wacky iron shots, but I made a couple nice putts at the beginning. I guess I managed to get a half-decent round. Overall, not too bad.

 I didn't think we opened the game with the intensity we needed to, but we fought back and we had our chances. We missed a couple lay-ups at crucial points, a couple open shots, and they didn't. They hit those shots, that was the difference. Both teams played pretty well defensively.

 They played a little bit better, and we didn't do some things well. I don't think we played our best at all, but we played well enough to win it. Hopefully, we can get a couple of good games down the stretch.

 We haven't played for a couple years, so there's a couple lines I'd like to play together and see if there's still chemistry.

 He's shown such maturity as a young player. I think he understands what he has to do. It's not like I was going to give him any advice that he didn't already know. It's pretty amazing what he's been able to do the last couple of years. He has played like a veteran. He made such good decisions in the playoffs.
